The first step is for you to work out your borrowing power, this is crucial for us to be able to accurately discuss your desired location, home size and inclusions. You can either utilise our finance partner who have access to 50+ lenders or you can provide pre-approval confirmation if you have already engaged a mortgage broker or bank.
Our consultants will then analyse these packages and present the information clearly, enabling you to make an informed decision on your building journey. We’ll rank various factors to help you weigh up your options effectively.
Once you choose a builder, we’ll facilitate the introduction. Although the builder takes over, we’ll stay in touch throughout the process to answer any questions you may have, providing you peace of mind.

Finance

You can either utilise our in-house finance team who have access to 50+ lenders or you can provide pre-approval confirmation if you have already engaged a mortgage broker or bank.
Online Quiz
With your pre-approval now in place, we will send you a link to our online quiz to complete at your own pace. This will go through details such as, location, size of home/ block, specific inclusions you may want.
Once we receive this information back, your building consultant will review these details and pass them along to appropriate building partners.
Building Options
Consultation
This is where the fun begins, you will meet with your building consultant to review all house and land packages submitted by our building partners. Your consultant has already reviewed and complied a detailed breakdown of specification and inclusions.
If you already own a block, we’ll provide quotes tailored to your land, with an accurate breakdown of pricing, specifications and inclusions. If you’re still searching for land, we’re still able to meet and provide personalised recommendations from our building partners. These will be based on your preferences and build goals, then refined with your chosen builder once your block is secured.
Builder Hand-Over
You have now made your final decision on your preferred builder, we will make all the necessary introductions with one of their sales consultants. You will then work directly with the builder on any final design tweaks and move through to the contract process. Don’t worry we are only a phone call away with any questions or concerns.
The Build
Although you are now well on your way to building your new home with your chosen builder the team at Home Builder Finder Perth will be here should you need any support along the way. Sometimes you just need someone to talk to or you may want to know if something is “normal”. We have good relationships with our building partners, and will assist wherever possible.
