Yes, although we are not constructing your new home, we are available throughout the build to discuss any feedback or concerns you may have. We can act as a soundboard and guide you through certain situations as needed.
We value your feedback both good and bad as this helps us in deciding our building panel and can go toward creating a better experience for others in the building process.
Are you affiliated with any builders?
No, Home Builder Finder is completely stand alone. We created this service to allow the people of Perth an easier way to compare multiple builders on a range of criteria without feeling pressured to make a decision with the first salesperson you speak with.
Why should we trust you?
You can trust us because we are a 100% standalone business with construction knowledge local to Perth. Although we have ongoing relationships with our building partners, we are not tied to a builder and the decision always remains yours.
What should I expect after I submit the Quiz?
Based on your answers, we may need to reach out using your preferred method of contact. We allow our building partners 5 business days to return options suiting your criteria, once Home Builder Finder has these options, we will contact you to book in a consultation to review the comparisons.
Do I have to use your finance partner?
No, there’s absolutely no obligation to use our finance partner. They’re simply available to help guide you if needed, at no cost to you. If you already have finance sorted, that’s completely fine, we’ll just need proof of your pre-approval budget to start engaging builders on your behalf.
